بررسی عملکرد پیل سوختی میکروبی در تصفیه فاضلاب حاوی رنگ آزو با استفاده از متاآنالیز

چکیده

فاضلاب‌های رنگی که حاوی رنگ‌های آزو می‌باشند، منبع مهمی از آلودگی هستند و تخلیه آن‌ها بدون تصفیه، منجر به بروز مشکلات شدیدی می‌شود. پیل سوختی میکروبی راهکار جدیدی است که توانایی تصفیه فاضلاب و تولید الکتریسیته را به‌طور همزمان دارد و از نظر پیکربندی و شرایط عملیاتی، متغیر است. متاآنالیز تکنیکی آماری است که نتایج مطالعات علمی متعدد در مورد یک سوال را ترکیب می‌کند. در این مطالعه پیکربندی و شرایط بهره‌برداری مقالاتی که با استفاده از پیل سوختی میکروبی فاضلاب حاوی رنگ آزو را حذف کردند، طبق مقدار نرخ تصفیه حجمی و بازیابی انرژی نرمال شده بر اساس حجم عملیاتی و تغییرات غلظت رنگ، بررسی شد. عواملی مانند تعداد محفظه، شکل الکترود آند، نوع منبع (COD) و زمان ماند هیدرولیکی در نظر گرفته شد. حالت تک محفظه با توجه به فضای در دسترس بیشتر الکترولیت و عدم وجود غشاء تبادل پروتون، عملکرد بهتری نسبت به حالت دو محفظه از خود نشان داد. برخلاف گزارش‌های قبلی الکترودهای تخت نسبت به حالت برسی، برتری داشتند. گلوکز به دلیل تولید الکترون و یون‌های هیدروژن بیشتر در حین تجزیه سوبسترا، منبع (COD) بهتری نسبت به استات می‌باشد. از آنجایی که تجزیه 90 درصد رنگ در 24 ساعت ابتدایی رخ می‌دهد، زمان ماند هیدرولیکی در حالتی که کمتر یا مساوی 24 ساعت باشد، فرآیند عملکرد بهتری از خود نشان می‌دهد. همچنین، رابطه بین نرخ بارگذاری آلی حاصل از رنگ آزو و نرخ تصفیه حجمی بدست آمد که رابطه بین زمان ماند هیدرولیکی و تغییرات غلظت رنگ را شامل می‌شود. در انتها چارچوبی برای گزارش اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای بررسی دقیق‌تر پیل‌های سوختی میکروبی ارائه شد.
